Amalia Palmaz and daughter Florencia began
marketing venison and other fine game meats to
discerning chefs nationwide in 1994. The family enterprise has grown and now includes Haute at Home
™ cuisine, which offers gourmet foods for
at-home dining through a nationally distributed catalog. There is also a wholesale fine meats
division and, of course, GoodHeart SureChef, which serves high volume restaurant chains and service delis.
